Retail Supervisor (Barista Experience Required)
We are currently recruiting an experienced and service-focused Retail Supervisor with mandatory barista experience to join our casual workforce, supporting operations across a range of high-profile venues.
This position offers a unique opportunity to work within a flexible, dynamic environment while delivering outstanding customer service and supporting front-line retail teams.
Key Responsibilities
In this supervisory role, you will be responsible for:
- Leading the retail and catering teams to deliver a consistent and high-quality guest experience
- Ensuring effective team communication and operational coordination across shifts
- Resolving customer feedback and service issues in a professional and timely manner
- Overseeing refunds, and financial transactions with accuracy
- Supporting staff performance and morale through proactive engagement
- Maintaining high standards of service during peak trading periods
Candidate Requirements
- Mandatory barista experience, with the ability to train and support others
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain composed and efficient under pressure
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- A proactive, team-oriented approach with a commitment to service excellence
