We are currently recruiting experienced Baristas to join our internal agency team, working across multiple busy sites in London. This is a great opportunity for skilled, flexible individuals who enjoy working in fast‑paced environments, particularly at popular tourist locations.

The Role

As an internal agency worker, you will be deployed across a range of sites, delivering consistently high standards of coffee, service, and customer experience. You must be confident stepping into new environments and maintaining quality during busy periods.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing and serving high-quality coffee and hot beverages
• Delivering excellent customer service at all times
• Working efficiently in high-volume, fast-paced tourist locations
• Operating coffee machines and handling food & beverage service safely
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across all work areas
• Adapting quickly to different sites, teams, and service styles

What We’re Looking For

• Previous barista experience is essential
• Ability to work confidently in busy tourist and high-footfall sites
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Flexible, reliable, and professional attitude
• Ability to travel to different locations across London
• Available to start as soon as possible
