About the role

As a Retail Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of retail catering areas, ensuring the smooth delivery of service and a high-quality experience for every guest. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys motivating teams to achieve their best.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional guest experience and resolve any customer concerns professionally and efficiently
• Supervise and support team members during daily operations
• Ensure clear communication between front-line staff and management
• Oversee retail catering areas, proactively identifying and resolving issues
• Handle payment transactions and process refunds accurately
• Motivate and inspire your team to maintain service excellence

Requirements

• Previous supervisory experience in a retail or hospitality environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead and support a team during high-volume periods
• Calm, confident, and proactive under pressure
• High levels of empathy, professionalism, and organisational ability
